FAQ's
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days and arrive within 2–5 working days via Royal Mail. International orders generally take 7–14 working days depending on your location.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes! Tracked shipping options are available at checkout. We recommend tracked shipping for higher-value orders for extra peace of mind.
Can I include a gift message or gift wrapping?
Absolutely — just leave a note at checkout with your message and we'll make sure it's included. Many of our pieces are already packaged beautifully, perfect for gifting.
Product Care
How do I care for waxed cord bracelets?
Waxed cord bracelets are durable but we recommend removing them before swimming, bathing, or heavy exercise to keep them looking their best. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight to preserve the colour.
How should I store crystal and natural stone pieces?
Store your crystals and natural stone pieces away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. A soft pouch or jewellery box is ideal. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes.
Are your suncatchers suitable for outdoor use?
Our suncatchers are designed primarily for indoor use near windows where they can catch the light beautifully. If used outdoors, bring them in during harsh weather to keep them in the best condition.

We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

About Our Products
Are all pieces truly handmade?
Yes, every single piece in the Tadley Crafts shop is handmade by Julie, right here in the UK. No mass production, no factory lines — just real hands, real care, and real craft.
What does OOAK (one of a kind) mean?
OOAK stands for One Of A Kind. These are pieces that are completely unique — once they're sold, they won't be made again in exactly the same way. If you see something you love, it was probably meant to be yours!
Do you use sustainable or ethically sourced materials?
We do our best to source quality, responsibly produced materials. Natural crystals and stones are sourced with care, and we aim to minimise packaging waste wherever possible.
